Resorts on North Bimini
North Bimini is one of the largest islands of the chain of islands which compose the Bimini Islands. The island is about seven miles long and 700 feet wide and is sutuated about 110 miles west of New Providence Island. North Bimini Island is known for its beautiful beaches, yacht harbours as well as for several nice resorts.
- Bimini Bay Resort & Casino is a luxurious resort situated on the North end of North Bimini. "Beachy chic" suites and luxury home accommodations (as the resort likes to represent its facilities) provide absolute relaxation, while its services, amenities and activities provide something for everyone.
- Bimini Big Game Resort & Yacht Club is a 3-star resort consisting of a hotel with thirty-five rooms, twelve cottages and 4 penthouses and is a favourite among cruisers, divers and adventures who also take advantage of its marina. The beach is only a minute away, white besides accommodation and marina the resort also offers a variety of activities and water-sports.
- Bimini Blue Water Resort is a 2-star resort offering room, suites and cottages. Besides accommodation which also features the Marlin Cottage (greatly altered) which Ernest Hemingway used as a main settings in Islands in The Stream, the resort also offers a swimming pool, while the beach is only few minutes away. The resort is very inexpensive for Bahamas, however, it is important to mention that some guests had a nice time, while the others are pretty critical over resort's accommodation or services.
